The Design Process begins with a home visit by one of our experienced designers. Your needs, preferences and unique conditions are carefully assessed, and you are guided through the process by which the project will reach its successful completion.

Based on the initial consultation, a fee for the design will be provided for your approval. Upon agreement, detailed plans will be undertaken, and firm quotes will be given for all or part of the project. All of our designs are hand drawn by the designer reflecting your unique needs. With your approval of the quotation, we will submit a detailed contract, project schedule and selection of materials. The project will then be carried out by our experienced crews under the regular supervision by your designer, who will assure attention to all your concerns.

It is our goal to meet your expectations. Therefore, the project is complete only when you are satisfied with the results. All workmanship and materials (except where specified) are guaranteed for one full year.
